Invasive facial aesthetic procedures such as threads, Blephioplasty, or intense chemical peels s should be done about 3 months before your appointment . Always check with your doctor or aesthetic nurse for the recommended waiting periods.

Hyaluronic acid is safe to use, it is hydrating and doesn't contain lightning properties
• Botox or Disport
• Direct sun exposure to the area being treated (including lips). Wear SPF 30+ and/or a hat while outdoors.
• Brow tinting
• Self tanner( on the face)
Avoid blood-thinning supplements such as Fish oil, flax seed oil, vitamin e (pill form), krill oil, etc.
If you take supplements please research to see if they are considered a blood thinner.
Make sure your skin is well hydrated. Drink lots of water
Moisturize the area being treated (brows included) constantly day and night.
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Nyquil or any cold medicines. If you are sick please reschedule your appointment.
• OTC blood thinners such as Aspirin/Motrin
Limit caffeine consumption to one small cup of coffee or tea & wait until after your appointment to take stimulants.
If you’re having eyeliner done we strongly advise you skip the caffeine altogether.
