Deposits: All fees and deposits are non- refundable. No exceptions. Deposits are put towards your balance unless you fail to follow the policies listed below.
Cancellations: I require a 48-hour cancellation notice. With proper notice, we can move your deposit transfer your deposit with a limit of two reschedules. Failure to give adequate time to fill your spot will result in forfeiture of your deposit & may result in a no show fee. In any event, please communicate with me so we can figure it out. Rescheduling exceptions: Sickness or inclement weather are the only things we can't control. Please reach put to us to reschedule if either one of these applies on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling: Please give us adequate notice and limit reschedules. Constant rescheduling will result in a new booking fee which includes your follow up appointment. I schedule 2.5 hours for an initial appointment and 1.5 for the perfecting session. please be respectful of our time as you'd like us to be of yours.
Appointments: Two sessions are included in the initial pricing for every new service unless stated otherwise. Any additional work is priced separately. Annual color boosts include one session. If you feel you may need two sessions, book in for a new service. Annual color boosts are applicable up to 3 years. After that, it’s considered a new service with a 10% discount for returning clients.
Results: Results vary based on many factors. The health of your skin, adherence to pre + post care instructions, genetics, medications, lifestyle, etc. determine your healed results. We are not responsible for poor pigment retention. We provide you with everything you need to ensure you have optimal results: It is your job to take proper care of your skin before and after your treatment.
Session 2: Clients have 8-12 weeks from their initial session to redeem the obligatory second session. Appointments scheduled outside of the mentioned time frame may result in an additional fee.
Late Policy: Traffic can be unpredictable so leave with enough time for unforeseen events. A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted for permanent makeup appointments. You may need to forfeit the pre-numbing portion of your appointment depending on how late you are. Arriving MORE than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or count as a no show. You may rebook when payment is completed. Any new services must be paid in full upon re-booking (after a no-show or last minute cancellation.)
A grace period of 5 minutes is permitted for all non-permanent makeup services. Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No show: You will be charged 50% of the cost of service. Failure to pay the fee will result in a permanent booking ban.
Existing Work (done elsewhere): You MUST schedule an in-person consultation prior to booking in. Showing up to an appointment with unapproved, outside work that I can not work with will result in a no show fee due to lost wages. What is and isn't workable is at my discretion.
Guests: Guest's of clients' are not permitted in the treatment room while I’m tattooing however, they are welcome to wait in our comfy waiting area! Please limit guests to one adult. For safety reasons, children are not permitted in the studio.
We have the right to turn away any persons that create a hostile environment or whom we think aren't a good fit for cosmetic tattooing.
Respect is non-negotiable. We treat all of our clients with the utmost respect and require that in return!
